Plasmabehandlung von PVC-Matten

Zur Vorverhandlung vor dem verkleben müssen PVC-Matten vorbehandelt werden.

Bisher wurde dies beim Kunden von 2 Werken mittels eines Primers umgesetzt. Um das Personal effizienter einsetzen zu können entschied sich der Kunde für eine vollautomatisierte Plasmabehandlung der Matten. Hierfür werden die Matten von einem Scart-Roboter aus der Stanze entnommen und der Plasmabehandlung zugeführt.
Für die Vorbehandlung wird die Plasma-Düse mittels eines weiteren Roboters, je nach gewähltem Programm, über die Matte geführt.
Anschließend wird die fertig behandelte Matte von einem Roboter wieder entnommen und auf einer Palette gestapelt.

Für diese Kundenanforderung entwickelten wir das Konzept in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Plasmaanlagenhersteller. Von der ersten Idee, über die Versuchsphase zur fertigen Maschine.
